Morels and I ate and ate and then I had a few more.  This was the biggest batch they found in over 20 years so we really pigged out.

    I have never had them. They look kind of weird.

    they are delicious. Clean, then slice into fairly thick slices and dip in egg and then cracker crumbs mixed with flour and a little corn meal and fry.
