NO it wasn't small and I have no clue what it was. We know it wasn't a pack rat but it was some kind of larger rodent. I had to go buy the trap and then get Jeff to set it. Of course, Sam was in Libya and no help what so ever. I was watching TV one night and there it set watching me. We both had a heart attack, me when I saw it and it when I screamed. It took 2 days to catch. I left lights on at night, didn't want to run into it in the dark. LOL
Well I think it is too cute to be anything bad BUT if it was in my house, I am with Debby, I would be long gone, maybe the next state. I had a bird in my house- came in through fireplace flue, cats were wild, poor bird, but I am afraid of birds so it was a very traumatic time for all of us-bird, cats and me. Thank goodness Roger finally came and rescued us.
Well my bed is very tall so I wasn't worried about it getting in bed with me, plus it seemed to like the two front rooms best. Still not sure how it got in but I think thru the old heat and air closet. The one I've been trying to get ripped out and turned into a closet for a bunch of years. I thought this episode would get it done, but nope. It was so cute I fixed it a snack pack to go and Jeff took it about 10 miles away and turned it loose. Haven't seen any more around here. I'll post the other picture too

ReplyDeleteIf it's a RAT you could color me GONE!!!!!!! forever. UUhere there is one there are more.
ReplyDeleteI thought it looked big because it is a close-up picture. I hope it's really a small mouse, right? Looks like a furry tail. That's a good sign.
