What is the metal dish in there?
I was wondering the same thng, and the plastic?
The trash can lid is the cover. The shiny thing is not metal, but a board that weighs down the lid in case of wind. The plastic is what I collect the scraps in,in the kitchen. The green shovel is there, too.
