Our friend Deborah has a new hobby, chickens. These are three of her seven hens. I believe she told us that each usually lays an egg per day. We have a constant supply of nice, fresh eggs.
They are clean. She fanatically washes all their feeders, etc., and cleans up the housing and pen and puts down new straw or whatever that is, DAILY. They are her babies. Very well cared for. She's thinking of getting a goat.
